What we do? 

We at FIN water are tenaciously working towards changing the way people consume drinking water everyday, through our flagship product FIN, an IoT based water purifier that uses revolutionary technology fuelled by our proprietary membranes that work on advanced nanotechnology to naturally retain the essential minerals in water which is perfectly alkaline giving out spring water right at your home. 

We are a young startup that has launched not long ago, and ever since our launch we have seen tremendous traction and proactive adoption of our product in the market. With the ever rising demand for our product, we are looking for high potential candidates to join our Sales and Marketing team to help us meet the demand, scale and get healthier water into every household in this country. 

We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset that believes in our product and vision and has a a knack for sales, with an affable nature. The candidate will be given multiple opportunities to directly contribute to the growth of the company by suggesting and implementing innovative solutions to the challenges that we might face as a team in our quest for excellence, providing a work environment conducive for high career growth. It is as simple as “You help us grow, and we’ll make sure you grow just as much”. 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Scheduling virtual meetings with inbound leads and providing online demos
  • Conducting market research to identify selling opportunities and market gaps
  • Create reports with sales and pertinent financial data
  • Ensure satisfactory post-sales support
  • Representing the company at various ATL / BTL activities to generate leads
  • Work with the Social Media Marketing team to improve Ad targeting and Lead generation
  • Gather feedback from existing and potential customers to improve service delivery and product offering

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream
  • Prior Sales experience of  a minimum of 2 Years. Preferably with a high growth startup.

**This is not a field job, and the employee has the convenience of working out of office during fixed hours and conduct demos online
